9/11 We Remember!

As we remember the thousands of souls that have been so horrendously killed on this day 19 years ago on 9/11, we as the City of Bridges Foundation are heartbroken that such a great crime against humanity was associated with Islam. We reiterate that terrorism does not have a religion, nor could any religion be associated with terrorism. Furthermore this great crime against humanity was made a pretext for the destruction of numerous cities, homes and millions of innocents lives. We as the City of Bridges Foundation strongly condemn these crimes against humanity, innocent lives and against Islam. It is Divinely revealed in the Noble Qur’an that anyone who kills an innocent soul is as though they have killed all humanity. Furthermore the essence of Islam is truthfulness, trustworthiness, and moral just conduct.

The City of Bridges Fountain actively advocates and collaborates with all communities in peace-building to establish peace, understanding and justice between communities and individuals.
